There is nothing worth watching on television tonight, a result (perhaps) of the fact that I do not have cable. I don't really feel like reading, so I am listing to one of my favourite playlists. The songs span the globe from Africa to Brazil to Quebec to Europe, but I guess that is why I like this particular playlist so much. The musicianship is great, the tunes are beautiful, and the voices connect with me far more than American Idol ever will. And when you have something like that to connect to, who needs television?
